The poppies have turned to seed and their new structures are all-inspiring. By adding free-motion stitching to white-on-white cotton, and then glazing these patterns with a wash of acrylic paint, we will create some delicate seed pods to add to a seemingly complex background. Add some painted cheesecloth with stitched grasses and a lovely landscape will emerge.
Instructions on painting the background fabrics before class (optional), patterns, and additional details about the supply list will be provided before class.
